This weekend my Maw-maw turned 78! We went to visit her for lunch; I baked a lemon bundt cake (here's the recipe) and a dried cranberry and pecan bread with the recipe Ray's Mom gave to me. . . it's such a great recipe, it makes bread making simple and it's been fun experimenting with "add-ins." Next time I think I'll mix in a medley of seeds for a wheat/seed bread.
